The studio has been a buz for the past two months gearing up for the 9th anual Renegade Craft Fair in Chicago IL, one of favorite places to visit. Not only does my twin brother live there, the city is great.
You will find us right across from the entrance to Honore St at booth #80. We are debuting new designs as well as our new collection of hair accessories and jewelry.
Not to be missed.

We met Noah DeFilippis and Amy Teh of Pinecone+Chickadee as booth neighbors over the Holidays 2 years ago. Swapping stories, jokes, and funny faces, we became instant buddies. Their designs have been the perfect gift idea as well as being one of my favorite t-shirts.
Noah and Amy are two parts of the collaborative efforts of the Picnic Arts + Music Festival.
The 4th annual Picnic Music+Arts Festival will take place on Saturday, August 27, 2011 in Portland Maine!
On July 16th Paper Hat opened it's doors in Minneapolis, MN. Lilian Asterfield is so happy to have them as part of our brick and morter boutiques list.
We love Paper Hats story and mission to connect their community to one of a kind, handmade goods and the artists behind them. We hope that when your travels take you to Minneapolis, MN, you pop by Paper Hat!
|I spy some Lilian Asterfield on these lovely ladies! They carry a hand selected collection of head bands, ruffle scarves and obi belts, oh my! (photo courtesy of Paper Hat)|
Paper Hat is all about being original.
"Unexpected. A little whimsical, too. We believe that things made by hand are an extension of the maker. The flaws are part of the perfection. The individuality shines through. It’s how you know that the artist, the art itself and the person who takes it home are all completely one-of-a-kind."

Yes, all my tattoos are my original artwork and were, in the most part, all acquired about the same time almost 10 years ago. Will I enjoy them when I am 80 years old? Of course, as long as I can still make out what they are after so many years;)
All my tattoos at present are the fine work of Brent Cummings.
