We had a great time at the Brooklyn Renegade Craft Fair this year!
Our booth was next door to two super talented couples doing awesome stuff.
First off we had David Denosowicz and Maggie Doyle of Loyalty and Blood, designing and silkscreening t-shirts, tote bags and making super cute chunky geometric jewels. Their studio is located in Brooklyn so it was fun picking their brain on good spots to grab dinner and chatting about life as a indie crafter.
We also met Renegade first timers from Delaware, GL/CK The 50/50 Company, Jennifer and Matt Glick. With our chairs situated next to one another we braved the rain, swapped stories, and snacks. Their work is edgy, with gorgeously detailed illustrations/prints that remind me of vintage sailor tattoos and tattoo/surfer art.
